I have no clue who to tell you to contact to fix anything, as they simply want you to come and put up with very poor service and lose as much money as you can. wear socks or slipper as the carpets ar dirty and clean the shower before you use it. ![]() Long story short, if you plan to go there and stay, bring cleaning supplies, as the rooms are not that clean to boegin with and if you like your bed made every day, you will be making it. they are rude and unwillingly to help, most answers are "deal with it, it is what it is" Check out we were told our host would comp the scooter rental our credit card has been charged for it. Complaining to any one, housekeeping or front desk is moot. HE kept our money and never cleaned our room. Day before we left we found a housekeeper outside our door and asked him to service the room, gave him a $10 tip to do so with his promise that our room would be next. NO HOUSEKEEPING we had to make our beds and clean our bathroom, calling housekeeping to get towels replenished took several calls a day to get them. ![]()
